- Are you or is anyone in your home currently infected with COVID-19, exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or quarantined?
- Have you or has anyone in your home been infected with COVID-19 and remain(s) contagious, or exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
- Have you or has anyone in your home been in contact with anyone infected with COVID-19 or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
- Have you or has anyone in your home traveled by air or internationally within the last 14 days?
If yes, let’s postpone meeting in-person for the time being.
Otherwise, let’s agree to wear face masks and gloves, and to keep our distance as much as possible during our meeting.
