(6) Subject to the terms and conditions of a separate signed listing agreement.


25% Buyer Rebate Program: (1) Requires a minimum purchase price of $200,000 (currently waived for those impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic). (2) Motivated and qualified buyers only. (3) Rebate arrangement must be fully disclosed to all interested parties to the sale and purchase transaction, including the buyer’s lender.* (4) Buyer’s lender may not allow disbursement of rebate at closing. (5) Short sale transactions: special considerations apply, please call. (6) Subject to the terms and conditions of a separate signed buyer rebate agreement.


*Per Florida Administrative Code (FAC), Rule 61J2-10.028(2):

The sharing of brokerage compensation by a licensee with a party to the real estate transaction with full disclosure to all interested parties is not considered a violation of Chapter 475, Part I, Florida Statutes.
